Richard’s welcome home dinner, due to be held at City Hall, Cardiff on 15th September has now sold out.
Tickets for the Gala dinner, which will be hosted by TV star Gethin Jones have been selling fast since Richard completed his record setting 737 Challenge on July 12th, making history to become the first ever person to stand on the highest summit on each of the world’s continents and on all 3 poles in the same year.
After smashing his 7 month target in 6 months and 11 days, Richard’s celebratory black tie dinner, organised by 737 Challenge events partner Gusto Events will be looking back and celebrating his world first expedition, whilst there will be a chance to win some amazing prizes in the auction and raffle, raising further funds in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care. With a sumptuous menu, a host of entertainment and over 350 guests, the night is all set to be one to remember.
Richard stated; “I am really excited about the Gala Dinner and the fact we are sold out. I am so pleased there has been such an interest in the event. It will be a very special night for me and the fist time that everyone involved in the challenge will all be under one roof. There are some awesome prizes on offer to win in the auction and raffle and lots of great entertainment planned, I hope everyone has a fantastic night”.
